The XOR company was founded in 1989. Since then, we have been committed to sewing, decorating, labeling, and distributing textiles. Our company products reflect the latest trends in the area of raw materials, lines, construction, and coloring. We manufacture a range of textiles, including apparel for advertising and promotion, workwear, fitness and sportswear, lifestyle textiles, garment for organizations and clubs, event textiles, elements of uniforms, garments, kitchen textiles and bath textiles. Apart from the manufacture of our own brands, we provide private label production services.
We offer basic cuts, such as T-shirts, Polo shirts, jumpers and sweatpants, hooded jackets, shorts, fleece jackets and vests, and thermo-active laminate e.g., softshells, leggings, tops, rushguards, hats, gloves, scarfs, bandannas, buff scarfs, bags, sacks, aprons, towels, and blankets. In addition, we can manufacture non-typical products on the basis of individual designs and ideas of our recipients.
Our company uses a wide spectrum of raw materials, from natural fibers, through modified fibers to syntetics, including technologically advanced profiled cross-section nanofibres. We work with cotton, linen, hemp, ramie, viscose, bamboo shoots, polyester, polyamide, polyurethane and polypropylenes, and mixes of various types of fibers. We specialize in manufacturing in knitted fabrics, but we also produce in woven fabrics, non-woven fabrics, and clothing laminates.
Products may be decorated by direct screen printing or digital printing on delineators, finished products or in meterage, machine embroidery, thermosublimation, laser engraving, screen or digital print thermotransfer, thermal die stamping and die plast. What is more, we can apply sequins, jets, crystals and sew on motifs with the use of strings. Individual decorating techniques may also be combined. Product washing and effect dying is another option.
In the production process, we can also use labels, inserts, badges, stripes, tags, woven, printed or made by micro-injection. If needed, you can order dedicated additions to textiles, such as buttons, rivets, zippers, rubbers, strings, borders, and trimming bands.
